Newton Boys and Girls Club was established in Earlestown in 1962 as a community based voluntary youth charity. Its purpose is to provide a safe and affordable place for young people to go where they can meet with friends, participate in a range of different activities and obtain guidance and advice from caring and interested adults.

Membership of the club is rising steadily as more and more young people discover what Newton Boys and Girls Club can offer. As well as the opportunity to play games like pool, air hockey, table football, basketball, football and other sporting activities, there are also crafting sessions, music facilities and life skills opportunities. We believe in empowering young people, supporting them and providing them with the tools to become responsible caring citizens of the community.

The club is a member of the Lancashire Boys and Girls Club’s family.
